ID REQUIREMENT
Valid photo identification is required at check-in for all guests. Foreign guests must present a valid passport. Photo identification must match the name on the reservation.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be a minimum of 18 years old and present a valid photo ID upon check-in.
EARLY ARRIVAL
Guests requesting early arrival will be accommodated based on availability.
EARLY DEPARTURE
Guests wishing to move up their departure date after check-in will still be charged 100% of the confirmed booking.
LATE CHECK-OUT
At a fee, guests requesting late check-outs will be accommodated based on availability. Refer to the table below for more details:

CONNECTING ROOM
Connecting rooms are granted upon request, subject to availability.
ADDITIONAL SUPPLEMENT CHARGE FOR THIRD PERSON
Additional supplement charge for third person at MYR350 nett per person per day inclusive of day bed, breakfast and room amenities (age 4 and above) for all room categories and suites excluding the family room and beachfront family room. Maximum 1 extra bed per room.
PAYMENT
A credit card is required at check-in. Upon check-out, all charges may be paid with a valid credit card or in local currency (MYR).
CREDIT CARD
We are pleased to accept credit card authorisation forms and guaranteed deposits for bookings. Please present the same card used for payment of your booking upon arrival as it is a requirement for verification by the local Banks for online transactions. Should the card not be presented upon check-in, the charges will be reimbursed and a new form of payment will be secured for the stay.
DEPOSIT
A minimum deposit will be collected upon arrival based on the length of stay for miscellaneous expenses around the Resort. Alternatively, guests will be able to manage their expenses on cash basis based on consumption.
COMPULSORY NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNER
Kindly be advised that there is a Compulsory NEW YEAR’S EVE DINNER on 31st December 2023 at RM750nett per adult and RM375nett per child. The compulsory dinner charges will apply for all stays across the New Year’s Eve period. Charges are not included in the room rates and are to be paid upon check in.
ALCOHOL
Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to guests meeting the local legal drinking age (21 years old) with a valid photo ID.
POOL
The Horizon Pool and Cascade Pool are open from 8am to 8pm. The children’s play area by the Horizon Pool is open from 8am to 7pm.
Children under 12 years old must be accompanied by an adult. The pool facilities are to be used responsibly adhering to the rules and regulations with adult supervision at all times.
SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK
As the beach is a public area, no lifeguards will be on duty and swimming will be at guests’ own risk. Swimming across to other islands is strictly prohibited due to strong currents
RECREATION ACTIVITIES
Recreation activities and island tours are available via a third-party Tour Desk situated at the resort’s lobby. For bookings and more information, please visit the Tour Desk.
LAUNDRY SERVICE
Laundry service is available at the resort.
BABYSITTING SERVICE
Babysitter service is available with charge and the fees are as listed below:
- Minimum 2 hours -RM 60
- Subsequent hour after first 2 hours -RM 30 per hour
- Midnight surcharge – RM 60 per hour after 11pm.
1 babysitter can take care for 2 children only. Babysitter services must be arranged in advance minimum 24hours before the required date with our housekeeping department.
Cancellation notice must be given minimum 2 hours prior to actual time to avoid cancellation fee of RM60.00nett.
SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX
All guest rooms are equipped with personal electronic safes. The “Innkeepers Act” applies for all loss of valuables from guest rooms.
SMOKING
Smoking (including the use of electronic cigarettes) is not permitted in any of our guest rooms. Ashtrays at guest room balconies and dedicated public outdoor smoking areas are available for guests wishing to smoke.
PET
Pets are not permitted at the resort.
RENOVATIONS WORKS
The Resort will be undergoing the fourth phase of refurbishments of the Guest rooms including upgrading the Cascade Pool. The works will start commencing 1 June 2023. In the interim period all facilities including the Horizon Pool remains fully operational. Please be assured that our guest’s experience remains our priority. The services and operations remain unaffected and there will be no impact in terms of noise pollution as the refurbishment area will be located away from occupied guest rooms.
