31 May 2025, Langkawi – Pelangi Beach Resort & Spa Langkawi recently hosted an exclusive wine pairing dinner in collaboration with Australia’s award-winning Quarisa Wines, offering guests an elegant evening of culinary discovery and relaxed tropical sophistication.

The evening began at the tranquil Horizon Café’s open-air setting, where guests enjoyed a glass of Mrs. Q Prosecco and an assortment of handcrafted canapés, while taking in the breathtaking views of the newly renovated Horizon Pool and a spectacular sunset over the Andaman Sea.

The experience continued at the resort’s signature Spice Market Restaurant, where a carefully curated five-course gourmet menu was paired with a premium selection of Quarisa Wines. Each course was personally introduced by renowned winemaker John Quarisa, who shared insights into the winemaking process, flavour profiles, and the inspiration behind each label—adding a personal and enriching layer to the evening.
