As the blessing season draws near, Pelangi Beach Resort & Spa, Langkawi welcomes guests and media partners to experience the warmth of togetherness through Santapan Senja Pelangi Buffet Preview on 22nd January 2026, a thoughtfully crafted break-fasting buffet inspired by traditional Malaysian flavours.
Curated by Executive Chef Saleh Samihan, the buffet features a comforting spread of local favourites, including Kambing Golek with Kabsah Rice, classic kerabu, Asam Pedas Ikan Pari, Ketam Masak Lemak, nourishing Gear Box Soup, and nostalgic desserts such as traditional Malay kuih and cassava served with gula Melaka and coconut milk. Each dish is prepared to evoke the familiar joy of home-style iftar gatherings. Available from 20 February to 19 March 2026, Santapan Senja Pelangi Buffet is set within the resort’s relaxed beachfront setting. The evening is enhanced by live performances of classic Malay songs by the in-house band, Night Fever, creating a soothing and memorable ambience.
